IT ALL STARTED IN 683
In the year 683, Hubert was a nobleman and an avid hunter. One morning, he came face to face with a white stag bearing a glowing cross between its antlers. A voice called out, and everything changed. He gave up the hunt, embraced a life of faith, became a monk, then a bishop, and was later named the patron saint of hunters. His story lives on, and its spirit echoes through every bottle of St Hubertus.
